	Who wants cities? Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

Just out of curiosity, how will determine the order we recieve cities and does everyone want a city to be in charge of?

I would like a city to build my own warband with, anyone else?

Oh, and if it means geting a city early, I would be willing for my city to build Wonder before being allowed to change its build cue.

I think we wait until we have enough cities for everyone to have one, then dish them out. We could just randomize the order we get to pick cities, or we could do it in terms of join date (if that is recorded)

I don't know that we will have enough cities for everybody as we played on one of those itzy bitzy standard maps.

So if Aro and UnOthrO are okay with waiting that means we need to have 12 cities outside the capitol before we divide them up.

(With Aro and UnOrthO getting the first two after that.)

That's still a lot of cities on a Standard map. I guess we'll have to get rid of some of our neighbors when we meet them.

I don't think everyone needs a city right away. What we can do is give the first city to the person that wants it the most. I know I don't need one right away. The capital is the Emperor's property, right? Are we going to count those settler factories as needing a king?

The Imperial City (I'm going to rename it "Capitol" next turn) under the control of the Emperor but is not the player who is currently Emperor's personal property. When the Emperor title changes hands the city and its units also change hands. With three subcities it should be the largest army but it is also responsible for buidling the new cities etc.

Usage notes: Capital is the city; Capitol is the building. I think you are looking for Capital. (Not that it matters much anyway... you should see how bugged I get over who/whom... I don't even like Engilsh class!)
