I can't speak for the Executive Branch Article as I didn't work on that but the other ones seem pretty much ready for voting to me...

The discussion is almost dead in all articles. Even the executive brach dcussion is almost dead too. Only me and mapfi that usually point something up. And i cant see anything on those. We could at least re-start the threads.

I'd say the executive article is ready unless Pedrunn wants some changes. Noone else is discussing it... We can always change it later abd I think people are very eager to finally start.

Hmm... proposal: post a single thread in which the Constitution is posted in it's entirety, then give people 2-3 days to give last-minute feedback, then start (a) 5-day poll(s) to pass it.

(And if the polls are going the right way, you could even start the election procedure for the ministers after 2 or 3 days)
