If the world would only have 10 countries, which citizenship would you like to have? (please note the names of countries refers to their government, ideology and culture, not to their technology level or nation - we assume that you would belong to the "main nation" in each country, not to the ethnic minorities)

You do realise that out of all of those, it's only 100% legal to be gay in the European Union.

So I'd say the EU or the more liberal parts of the US.

This could be a much better poll if there were good choices. Say, Contemporary America, Victorian England, Renaissance Italy, Golden Age whenever that was of Islam wherever that was, Ming Dynasty China, Shogun Japan, Ashanti West Africa, Incan Empire, Mayan Empire, Gupta India.

Since you say "current" America.....I'd have to place my vote elsewhere. Like everyone else has already said, I'm happy with my nationality now, but I don't like where the US leadership is taking the country.

I voted for Imperialist Japan just to be a wise-a**....I think whoever voted for the Third Reich was being a wise-a** too.

Difficult, being in the EU run centrally by Brussells would be a nightmare, I would probably have to fill in a form to fart.

The US would be OK, except I would have to stop supporting my nation at Sport because I would have to shoot myself if I was in a crowd shouting USA, USA,USA
