Has to be Mr. Garrison. How can you not love that old racist, sexist, self-loathing homosexual who plans to murder Kathie Lee Gifford, talks to his handpuppet and uses gerbil in a class demonstration in such a creative way? Not to mention that he only likes men of his own age... women! Women of his own age!

Cartman comes second.

Cartman's responsible for one of the funniest SP moments ever: "Kyle's Mom Is A *****" in the movie version. Esp. with "Talk to kids 'round the world, they might go a little bit something like this!" part.

However, Mr. Garrison just rakes ahead. And he did have "Merry ****ing Christmas", a festive song for this time of the year.

Incidentally, it's not like South Park's ever been that big on continuity, but why were Iraqi soldiers "normal" characters in this show but floppy-headed, Canadian-looking in that Terrance & Phillip episode?

Hard to compete with Cartman, but I liked the episode where Uncle Ned is explaining to the kids on their first hunting expedition that the new laws only allow shooting endangered animals that pose a threat, so Ned yells out to Jimbo that the Bighorn sheep they want to shoot is about to attack them.
