Official : Justice Nominations Put an end to popups!

After Darkness Edge depart, we need one more Judge for the Court to be complete. Theres not really timelimit for nominations, but I think three days will be enough.

Thus, you have until Friday the 20th to nominate someone or yourself,
since Hercules showed his interest for the seat, I nominate him
