I recently discovered there was a junior world cup happening in France around April.
I discovered that because when going to the stadium for training yesterday, we couldn't enter because they were making our poor "vestiaires" beautiful for the future event. Thus no shower available. The coach cancelled the training session. Pfff.... We would just have had to work all the afternoon stinking and with some mud on our face, what was the problem? Now I have to hope we can play on Friday (other stadium, better known for its ice-hard terrain).
Btw Hemisphere wars sounds nice.

Bit tricky this one. I think I headed down the wrong linguistic garden path - there's a metaphor and a half for you!  - with the double entendre thought. What I was after was an alternative - or, indeed, opposite - to ravagon's reckoning that anything posted here should only be capable of being taken one way. Obviously, everything we post is loaded with multiple meanings, all of them offensive. That's our way, and we're proud of it. So, Tamerlin, I'm after something that means "only one crystal clear meaning and incapable of being misinterpreted".
And, once we've established what it might be, we can tell ravagon that it's most certainly not welcome in our threads.

Frankly, it's a political football. Just to get things back on topic. And shame on you, ravagon, for posting something off-topic.
The ICC decided only yesterday, IIRC, that the Zimbabwe games will go ahead. Security isn't the problem in Zibwawe, it's purely political. While Mugabe is definitely a very dangerous megalomaniac - something he shares, BTW, with Howard, Blair and Witless - the push against the Zimbabwe games has come from Howard and Blair. They didn't have the guts to kick Mugabe out of the Commonwealth, now they're trying to use cricket as a political tool. Not playing games there is going to have absolutely no impact on Mugabe or his methods.
Kenya, OTOH, IMHO, is a bona fide security threat. They shouldn't be playing there.
My hunch is that the Zimbabwe games will go ahead - save for those teams that choose not to play there, who will forfeit the games - and the Kenya matches will be relocated.
