You are correct.

The only way we will ever get anywhere is to do what we did in Germany and Japan after the war.
Occupy and take away ever gun in the country (boy if you tried that at my house I would shoot you) and send haft of the woman to America, England, Germany, etc for an eduction and then return them in about 4 year and tell those old boys to go fornicate them selfs. Also install abuse laws and put a few of the old boy in jail for awhile and just maybe they will get the message, but I doubt it. We will be there for a long time. My guess is around 10 to 20 years if we are lucky.
