I got so tired of it I just posted the save regardless I didn't do all that I could (or should ) have.

Academia: next time put the large civ's at the end of the row, so the players can have some time to investigate while the others can get started...

Nothing very important to report: only a limited warfare in Vietnam: I had sunk two submanrines of China, one near Korea and one near Vietnam, because they were in route to destroy my transports!

In a televised speech today, Chairman El Leon called upon the Chinese people to mobilize against the American threat in Asia. "We do not want a war against the American people, but if they insist on attacking Asia, we are ready to respond," said El Leon. He announced massive troop movement towards North Korea and increased aid to the Vietnamese people. Plans are underway to repossess Taiwan, El Leon stated, but this cannot be contemplated in the near future.
