Red. The energy special would then be inside the base's radius, and it provides us a slightly closer jumping-off place against the Hive.

Oh yes, I realize I'll have start expanding again soon. I just am wondering how the heck I could continue my current plan to popboom all bases when the DPO, DIE and the DIA needs military units, probes and CPs, while my bases are also in need for drone facilities. The worries of a governor!

Well, I think I am able to get most of my DEI units from other bases nearer the sea, that do not need CPs so much. May I that suggest frontier bases should produce CPs and not military ATM, and inland bases the opposite?

Good idea! I'd like to suggest Jedinica starts to concentrate on building CPs as soon as possible, but isn't supposed to build probes or military units.
