	Non-agression Pacts Tired of ads?

By basically letting everyone know we are a warmongering team, we are going to have civ 's demanding non-aggression pacts on almost every deal.

I feel this is going to cause us considerable difficulty in the future, as we will soon find ourselves not able to trade with anyone unless we agree to throw in, or extend a pact. This will severely hamper our abilities to remain on a technologically equal and/or declare war when it best suits us.

As soon as we decline, the other civ will shut down negotiations and beef up their border with us.

I think this should be dicussed further and our position advertised on the main board.

I feel we should try to avoid the pacts as much as possible. We need the ability to make war on our timetable and terms.

Nonagression pacts are unacceptable. We should just make an announcement that no N/A pacts can be made with any team.

They may believe we are honest warmongers, as we've decided to be. If we do end up in a war with Demogrophia, we should post our position on the main board, we'll need all the help we can get, otherwise wait, confusion about our motives may work in our favor.

Yep - Nothing could be done about that one.

I think non-aggression pacts maybe our strongest bargaining chip. None of them seriously believe a war mongering specialist team will win the game...but they will all want to avoid a crippling war with us, even if they think they can win.

I still say no more non-aggression pacts....(except when there is a necessity to have it like we just had)
