hmmm... well... it really is the US doing all the work. I say 70/30 for Russia only because they still are somewhat of a world power. hmm... ok ok (haha) I was just being nice. NO oil for russia! Screw them too.

I do enjoy seeing Sadam running around trying anything and everything to stop a US attack. What's with the 'I'm sorry' to Kuwait??? That was almost hard to watch... even for Saddam.

The MWHC call on Persian Gulf war II. It's over in 4 hours. Let it be lesson to the rest of the world. China should be watching. I still say the US could take China in 12 hours (that's while we're taking Iraq).

Can you really say that?? Maybe i've missed something but i dont think i've seen anyone point anywhere and say that's where they are hiding something they should not have. perhaps the inspectors have already detected/found something that's banned but that has yet to be reported. I think maybe Saddam really does not have anything that's banned but so what now. blow him up!

Monkspider, many thanks, I intend to. Though more out of a desire for self-glorification than any altruistic desire to enrich this collective pool of thought. But hey, it worked last time I posted here, so I'll go with it.

Incidentally I envision the downfall of the United States as part of a larger cultural apocalypse. Of what I mean by this I am unclear, but an apocalypse of some kind there shall be.

Only if that can be proved - so far it seems that they've proved diddly-squat...

The current inspection teams IIRC have the power to go anywhere including the presidential palaces at a moment's notice and yet after ten years of intelligence gathering nothing has so far been found - surely sending the CIA would help speed up the process.

If Saddam is lying as the US claims, surely he's cutting his own throat by allowing US agents in to find these WOMD?

BTW, why aren't we doing anything about North Korea seeing as they've just admitted to continuing their Nuclear programme which is also far more advanced than Iraq's - let's get our priorities right here and get North Korea first before taking down Iraq!
