3200 Bc Suffering from ads?

Our first settler, and it appears that we are THE first to create one as we are the only capital listed as size 1. By looking at the scores, Neu Dem is in the lead with a 1 point advantage while Storm is behind Lux by 1 point. We are tied with Legoland and GoW.

TEG finds 2 more sources of silks as they follow the river westward.

Madrid continues to explore the mountain range to the north, giving us a better view of the grasslands along the coast, where we have likely reached the eastern tip of our continent.

The Magyars uncover ANOTHER river valley with wheat and another source of gold.

Our settler group has headed west. They are 3 turns away from their new site.

Our tax level was reset to 7 sci/3 tax/0 lux. The workforce of Madrid was returned to working the cattle (they give the same as the game).

As always, images are here . No new image of Madrid taken.

Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

I hope you didn't send on the save yet... If you haven't, please put the WF in Madrid on the WHEAT rather than the cows. If you've sent it on already, I can re-do the math and figure out what would be best for next turn and beyond (it might very well be different, though I really don't have any idea).

Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Ok... looking at the situation briefly, please just switch Madrid to the wheat next turn. I'll do a more extensive look at the long-term plan hopefully before then and give different recommendations if it looks like a change is warranted.

I would suggest that since this it was left this way, it should stay this way for one more turn. Switching to the wheat next turn will now get us population growth at the same time as switching in two turns. We might as well have the shields since this is the case.

I've worked out a plan to handle this. It's better to work in the turn of extra production AFTER the population expands rather than BEFORE because that turn would produce more trade if it takes place after the pop expansion (otherwise no difference).

So we really should switch to the wheat ASAP and then switch to cows and game once we get to Pop 2 for the turns I now have planned.

I'm still not clear on whether Togas sent the save forward with wheat or cows being worked... once I know for sure, I'll post the appropriate plan in the Official Edicts thread. I have 2 plans, one for each possibility.

Full PM-box? Change here!

I moved the production before sending off the save. It was an unconscious move on my part as I always try to balance growth to production in my games to get units out quickly without too many population problems (prior to lux).

But that's besides the point. Putting production on the wheat is a better play as it gets us more trade and gets our pop up faster to enhance REX.

Where TEG is at with the river, game, and two silk would make a great city site. A while aways from that though I am afraid as it is so far away.

Put an end to popups!

Great Map, Señor Tamali, but is this right? Does Neu Dem already have a second city? Or is this just propaganda?

I updated the minimap, using the most resent minimap of ours, so that's as close as possible.

It looks like Teg just when right under the ND. ANd Madrid should meet witha ND scout soon. it looks like.
