Citizen of Lemuria Locutus has raised the question of whether the past elections of the Cabinet are constitutional. The intial complaint by him is:

This thread shall remain open for 3 days of a public hearing, after that it shall be closed and the court shall make a ruling. The date and time of closing will be on or about : December 29th, 3:00pm GMT-6

Third that, voting for abstain is like those people who vote into phone polls for "dont care", making all the polls again with abstain wont change the results either.
Uphold the complaint, but only one for the next elections though.

i agree, the poll wasn't correct, but its highly unreasonable a correct poll would have led to another result
