I thought of a way to use this thread to get the answer. Too bad I thought of it after I made the initial post.

Let's try this. Cut and paste the totals below. Add to the already posted total of your country or add a new country and total, whichever is appropriate. Obviously, one entry per customer. And for those who've already responded to this thread, I tried to add your country sans total so you can edit and add yourself tot the totals. Now, I wonder if this is clear. I guess we'll find out. (And Mingland or wherever it is doesn't count. Sorry Ming.)

Oh, yeah, alphabetical order of the countries would be nice, n'ect-ce pas?
