Whatcha want to know?

It's a game anyone can start and send to other people. You have to start it as a multiplayer game (set game type to PBEM obviously). Hopefully you know who all is playing and which nation they want. Enter all this information. Play your turn (make sure to choose a password) then hit enter at the end of the turn. This will prompt you to save the game. Then you just attach it to an e-mail and send it.

After that the game can be loaded as a normal single player game.

When someone sends you a turn, yes you would have to check your e-mail and download the turn.

There was some talk about being able to do that from within the game, but that amounted to nothing. That would have been too difficult to program.
