not Ming. as far as our little investigation in the chat went, it seems that he forgot to log off, (or probably cookied), and a bunch of people started posting stuff. But I don't know really. it's possible that it was with his knowledge.

Actually, it seems that they were all playing a game where there were 9 posts, and you had to guess which one of the posts was by the real ming. if you got it wrong they closed a random thread. Apparently it seems one by one all the members either passed out or left or thought they'd created enough damage and then the madness ended and so on and so forth. After which it was periodically closed and deleted.

On the subject of respect, just how are we expected to respect this forum when the mods start behaving worse than the posters they get heavy handed with in the 1st place? It is a very hypocritical stance n'est ce pas?

I think the word MarkG was looking for was 'modicum', cos right now I am beginning to feel a minimum of respect for certain mods...

Also for the record, I am not necessarily condemning the actions themselves - sounds like a great time was had by all! (as long as the damage is reversed.)

It's just this real authoritarian 'do as I say not as I do' attitude that seems to be becoming increasingly apparent on this forum - anyone would think we're in a right-wing dictatorship or something...
