	When time comes... Tired of ads?

I'd like to rat on GoW about NDE's recent action toward us. Since they claim themselves as 'mercenary' civ, they would severely lose trust against NDE if we tell them they had history of backing on their agreement. Seems like they've built some trust already. I can smell that they just traded the strating techs.. those dirty scoundrel NDEs... lying son of a *%(*(&^(*^&!

NDE backing out on our agreement could be the best card we can play if we act on it well. Risk is that they may trust each other more than them trusting us. We gotta break that. (Am I sly or what? )

The biggest key to it is doing it at the right time and with just the right words. What are your thoghts? Lets Formulate a plan beforehand!

Also, I'd like to call upon immediate draft on speech for GoW ambassador to be made by our ambassador to GoW.

Yes, make GoW think they can't trust nde and Nde think they can't trust GoW.

I'm not certain if gow and nde have met yet, but it seems likely. We could trade NDEs city location for something from GoW.. i'm sure their interested in millitary techs etc.

We should inform then in passing that NDE has not been very trustworthy, but DO NOT discuss possible alliance unless they bring it up, otherwise they might get the impression that we are only making that statement for no other reason than the turn them against NDE. Just mention it in passing and wait a few turns for them to ask NDE about it (but dont TELL them to ask NDE about it)....let them potentially get mad at each other. We dont want to appear to be trying to meddle in their foreign affairs.

As far as trading, I have doubts that we have any tech they dont. (Need someone to verify what techs us GoW and NDE started with). I am sure some huts have been popped too between the turn and quite possibly some trading done between them as well. Trading NDE location for something seems like the best bet right now.
