Go ahead and play the turn aiming the settler toward #2. I just tried a test using #13, and corruption is too high for it to work as well as I'd hoped it might. So #2 (or some variant thereof) is a good site whether we build the Pyramids or not.

We know the score. Vox 48, us 45 (until we settle the gift).

Culture is 50-50

Power seems to be tilted towards us by a very small margin. Mil Advisor says we have average military compared. We prolly have 1 or 2 extra warriors though.

/Edit. That is interesting. Historograph shows our score at 45. The main screen shows it at 44. A small bug, I think.

The score numbers are cumulative. The score graph indicates how the score for individual turns compares, so it does add useful information (i.e. are we even with them now, or is one of us gaining ground on the other?).

There's been a rounding problem with scores ever since Civ 3 came out. It's always showed up in occasional discrepancies between in-game scores after victory and Hall of Fame scores, and I guess the same thing is affecting the scores shown on the top of the screen now.

I'm not a diplomat to anyone. My Scholia are Economic and Military, although I don't mind poking my nose into diplomatic issues that (as they almost inevitably do) have an impact on economic and/or military matters.

The thought occurs to me that we probably need to keep an eye on F7 so we'll know when civs we've met start working on wonders.

I just had another thought. With Persia as a neighbor (if I have my who's who right), Bronze Working probably should not be viewed as a high priority unless and until we're planning an attack (and maybe then only if we think they might not have iron hooked up). In a defensive fight, war chariots or even archers attacking immortals would do much better than spearmen trying to defend against them.

Whoa... Vox... of all the teams Oh well, I'd say we go for it, and take them out. If we can seduce them in a trade first, good, otherwise they're toast.

If they have all our techs, does this mean they traded with someone? That would be important information, as our island could be higher populated then thought before. I'd definately start on building some WC force, and I agree: against immortals WCs are far better then spears (plus they cost the same). It means we're likely to lose a few of our WCs in an attack, but so be it, those shoulsd be calculated losses, nothing more.

Oh, and F7 reveals the information of all the teams we've met, not of those we had a embassy in. Also, after we met we should get a message at the start of each turn if someone starts a wonder, but F7 reveals that information also if we meet after the wodner has started.

I wouldn't fully trust the F7, though: we're probably using it as a diversion, with prebuilds and changing wonders, we can only assume others do the same (although... this is Vox we're talking about )

Either they traded, or they made Ceremonial Burial their first research priority. More likely, they traded. And if they traded, it was most likely with a religious civ (or someone who traded with a religious civ), which would presumably put either Demogyptica/Arabia or Roleplay/Spain on the same land mass with us.
