But still, how does changing his name to "Jack Ass" do anything to raise awareness of drunk driving? And he claims that the show was "liable for injury to my reputation that I have built and defamation of my character which I have worked so hard to create." How exactly was the show worse than changing his name in the first place? He's a moron.

On the other note -- notice that the show's been around for some time, but now that they've got the movie out and are making some serious money, he sues them. Sounds like he has more on his mind than his name...
