	Trading Needed Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

Now that we have contact with three other Civs, we need to start trading.

The trick is as follows: we make a deal with Civ 1: they research tech A, we research tech B. With Civ 2 similarly: they research tech C. We then trade A for B and B for C. We gain 3 techs, they gain only 2 each.

The question is: who will initiate trade? I'm not sure whether trading falls under my Ministry or under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but besides that: I will be away for 10 days (starting Friday, 3rd).

Trading, as per the Consitution, falls under the ministry of foriegn affairs. As for trading strat, we need to find out as much as possible about what both teams do and do not have, though if any tech for tech deals are available, try to do them ASAP. Better to get that tech now then have the other team get the tech we were going to trade them from somewhere else.

Like I stated in my other thread, we need to open up communications with Roleplay and GoW pronto... if no one does it by the end of today, I will.
