There are six players, so I used a dice to decide who would be the first player.

When loading your turn, do not load it as a single-player game.
Use Game mode = load game from the multiplayer/host screen.

Always send the turn to the next player AND to your moderator (me).
If you are unable to play your turn in a period of 2 days, I will play it for you.

And most important of all, ENJOY THE GAME !

I've got a little problem with the save file I received: accelerated production was turned on...did I miss this part of settings (it was off during the first turn)?

I wasn't involved in the 'playing' so I can't help there. I think we did what we are suggesting - back the game up to the point where it was OK, and play again.

If you read this thread - it may help explain the problem. I gather AP comes on if the game is not loaded through the MP screen.

...maybe I'm simply too dumb for that game ...anyway how do I load a save from the "MP-screen"? I just followed the manual instructions in the three other PBEM-games I'm currently playing and I've never had any problems: open ptw->load game->select game->play...is there another way?

The proper and least bug generating way is to choose "Multiplayer" then choose "Host" then chose the "Load Game" option. It will load the game and you simply click "Launch".

Extremely long and drawn out but its the way Firaxis programmed it.

GhengisFarb, thanks for the info...I'll load it always this way now But acc.prod. was still on, when I loaded the game that way...so maybe dissident shoul play his turn again.
