Edit - After several, completely ridiculous accusations that this post, consisting of a single smiley, was spam, I feel it is necessary to add that a picture speaks more then a thousand words; and that even that :unworthy: smiley is a mere shadow of the overflowing gratitude I feel towards the benevolent administration for allowing us the luxury of our very own forum.

Another edit - The drama continues; it is still 'apparent' to these people that this post's existence continues to be that of spam. This is very saddening, as it shows how cynical the world of today is, as even the meagrest show of gratitude is expected immediately to be just opportunism and advancement of some personal hidden agenda.

If you check back to the original thread in the OT, you'll note that it was an S&D person, that being myself, who originally recommended using it. The "uppity" ones are as best as I can tell non-existent, and if they do exist, they're silly, since the best way to get people to play Diplomacy is to have an excuse for them to be in the forum and be curious about what's going on. A little life is a good thing.

There is only one thing worse than short spam, and thats a long spam. It makes you read nonsense for longer than is necessary, and takes up more space - hence drawing attention to itself.
