Transcendence difficulties Increase the size of your Attachments

Yah, I'm new here. And I'm also really new to smac.

I'm playing a single player game. On the middle setting of difficulty.

I've researched every thing. and have the secret project voice of the planet.

I have no access to any new projects...what do I do?

I know this may sound simple (but hopefully not offending) but do you have Transcendent Victory enabled?

Its one of the boxes to check off during customized rule selection.
