	Real Senate Bill: Authorizing Seti to build an Army Got spare money?

This is a senate bill to authorize seti to build an Army. This bill will be considered null and void if a senate chat(with a quorem attending or making their feelings known) comes to a decision on this issue.

YES.
We need more armies to make the Pentagon. We can wait for better units (modern armors ) to fill it, and it will be just sweet.
My main concern is to get the game going. I don't know if E_T and Roadcage are done with calculating all optimum city sites for a new capital, but I assume it will take long (I heard corruption charts were very time-consuming).

If we create an army, we may have another leader before the end of the World War. Maybe the whole palace discussion will be setlled at this time. Until then, we shouldn't let Seti sit in a city (forbidding us to get another GL), so I say we should use it right now for something that will always be useful.

I'd sure prefer to rush Wall street, but I really want to get on with it

This may sound really really odd, but despite the fact that I don't want the nation to fight any future wars and I don't really want another army... I really don't want the palace moved from Apolyton... so, in an alliance of VERY strange bedfellows, I'm actually going to vote in favor of Aggie's bill here just to get this stupid Seti situation resolved so the game can move forward.

Nothing. Wasn't SETI authorized for the palace?

That makes this poll basically null and void, and I thought in the NewCon that tie polls were void anyways, right?
