another server Question Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

Sorry about this. Ive only just put ctp2 on my computer and Im trying to get mp up and running. Ive read the faqs on the server and got the up dated servers. But the game wont let me int eather of the lobbys it comes up with conection lost. Im playing on windows 2000. please help

Hmm well the igateway server never works for us CtP2'ers, but nlink should work What connection type have you got?

I'm not sure if this is an option in Win2k, but can you use ctp2.exe in Win98 compatibility mode? (In XP: right-click file>Properties>Compatibility tab) This might solve your problem...

Sorry, the file to do right-click on is ctp2.exe. Go to it's properties and see if it has a compatibility tab. If so, set the mode to Win98 compatible...

Increase Your PM Length

The tabs that come up are Genaral, VErsion, Security and Summery. Theres no other tab.

yeh in the ctp folder and its got the ctp pattern box with ctp2 underneath
