Americans Caught Off Russian Coast!
An American submarine was found along the eastern Russian coast, no doubt attempting to infilitrate Soviet waters. The USSR requests that this vessel withdraw from Russian waters. This is a clear violation of Russian waters. The frigate within the Bering Straight should not approach the Russian coast as well.

Kabul Has Fallen!
The fall of Kabul and collapse of the SEATO puppet regime in Afghanistan was officially declared as Soviet tank columns rolled into the city. The 200 gold reparations were formally paid to SEATO via the AI. Many loyal Afghan SEATO government officials could not believe that this alliance would sell them out, as it has. With all resistance within the country subdued, Soviet forces are looking for candidates to form a new government in the region. SEATO's tanks must withdraw back to Pakistani territory.

The USSR also requests that the Untied States consider removing its veto in the United Nations and allowing joint peacekeeping operations in Latin America. Further FARC rebels in Colombia continue to damage the area there and civilians continue to perish needlessly.

The US will not let any Soviet troops attack Columbian Territory. The US High Command knows that the soviets only want Military Bases in Latin America.

We have withdrawed the Submarine from the russian waters.
We would want you(soviet) to withdraw your frigate from japanese waters(near Okinawa) and the chinese to withdraw the Submarine that is near the Japanese City of Kitakyushu. American Sea forces in Norway has seen russian sea movements in the Norwegian Waters and would like that the russian fleet withdraw.
And what is that soviet Destroyer doing near the Normandy coast??

Why are Laos and Cambodia coloured orange for SEATO? If anything, Laos should be Chinese and Cambodia neutral! And Switzerland and Austria should be neutral, not NATO.

The USSR would like to show the world the petty beleifs of the Americans. They and hteir allies do not care for the safety and well being of all people but rather only for themselve.s Thati s why they refuse to allow us to aid in peacekeeping operations in Latin America and that is why they continue to veto our attempts to help the peoples of the world settle their conflicts.

It was we Democratics that had to help you when were attacked by the Germans in world war 2.. The Germans attacked with 3580 tanks,600.000 vehicles ,3200 airplanes and guess what. the US and britain gave you 3000 tanks, 600.000 vehicles and 3000 airplanes!

And the same goes for china... we americans and the brits sent large amount of supplies and weapons when they were attacked by the Japanese.

Austria and Switzerland should be un-aligned and not NATO. Even though they are not represented in the game, they were neutral and I still beleive Cambodia and Laos should be neutral since they were not part of the SEATO organization. You may want to add a small line to creat Luxembourg if you're still making changes.
