	Managing Specialists Enter the AD-FREE zone

I want to know if anybody can help me make a useful bug happen everytime I want it to. Here's the bug: first, click on one specialist. A window pops up with your choices for that citizen. Then, click on another specialist without closing the first window. Sometimes, a second window will pop up. You won't be able to tell if this has happened, though, until you close the open window; if it has happened, when the window closes, you'll see the first window, still open beneath it; it may look like nothing has happened, in fact, because the windows look identical. But if it hasn't happened, closing the window will behave normally; you'll be back at the base control screen.

When this bug occurs, it can be very useful, especially if you're trying to do something like switch a bunch of Engineers to Empaths; instead of dealing with each window one-by-one, you can click on all the Engineers, "stacking" their worker-selection screens, and then click-click-click-click on the "Empath" choice, changing them all rapidly (it also helps to have the 'radio buttons select with single-click' option on).

I haven't been able to figure out why this bug occurs, or how to make it occur when I want it to. Does anyone know how to do this?
