I can agree on the difficuilt level, but climate and terrain is really mod depending, so what are the changes on const.txt and map.txt of the various mods. (Actual I wanted to have this discussion in the thread I started.)

This is a game where many people give input; so, why not play it on the hardest level so we actually might have to think...

(course, I've only played on Warlord, but I'm pretty sure I could do ok on the higher levels)
