Hi all,

Ive been in New Zealand for the last 3 weeks visiting my family and sightseeing. Here are some pictures...

This is the largest Kauri tree in New Zealand. Its about 2000 years old, 51.5 metres high, with a trunk girth of 13.8 metres.

How big are those Maori carvings? The one in the pic seems very similar in style to the Totems carved by the west coast amerinds.

FYI, I think by federal (american) definitions that the maori fall in under polynesian/south pacific descent, BUT if they identify themselves as black then thats what they are.

Just having a go at Cali. Plus there was an allusion to "you have black people in Brazil?"

The only blacks that Cali likes are the all blacks.
