Any amount of cash she asks - I've never seen anyone ask more that 75 (if that), though. We're not lacking ECs and I think its worth a small splurge since with the political climate the way it is we'll essentially be buying the planetary governor office (buy commlink, convene council to elect governor, click vote for self, win unless game has very large surprise in store for us).
