Ruins per Box Chance: from 1.0 to 1.2
Ruins Width and Length (whatever they mean, i try to find out): from 6 to 8
Unit Heal Rate Outside of Cities: from 0.1 to 0.3
Gossip Chance: from 0.02 to 0.4
meaning that Diplomats close to another player's capital can get information of the map of that player, that is, if it wasnt disabled by the programmers of CTP. dunno

anyway, thanks quinns for making this new thread and collecting all the info again.
btw, checkMate created an interesting name mixture for this game:
"Challenge of the Peaceful Wet Noodles"

i believe most of the settings i changed for this game arent effective anymore. only such things that are important at the start of the game, like ruins_chance_per_box and probably only that.
