btw, this was not the order of the players.
i'll try to put the english players in a row between Hatschy and me, so as to minimize language difficulties.

the rough order would then be

1. - 3. Oli, Tobi, Tina
4. Hatschy
5. - 7. Joseph, gumpold, quinns
8. Mathemagician

Will this game have an independent moderator? I would vote yes. Nothing personal I just don't like one player receiving all the turns (and knowing the starting positions of all players).

a moderator who plays does not necessarily know the other starting positions.
just like every player who gets any turn it is totally voluntary to not look at the other player's turns.
i have a pretty good method to next other players without getting any information about their turns except sometimes for the color of the unit and city symbol in the lower right corner of the main screen.

but sure, we can have an independent moderator.
any volunteers ?

I trust Mathemagician to moderate and play at the same time. Good point about trusting all players in a game. Anyone in the game can, potentially, open all the turns of all players, once they have one turn of a PBEM.
