I would really like people to stop bunching me and MJW together when refuting the plaintiff or whatever. I have CONSISTANTLY supported the view that RL is ALWAYS superior to the NewCon. My point was that RL was not a valid excuse IN THIS INSTANCE because it didn't apply, not because it isn't a valid excuse when it is applicable. I completely disagree with MJW on most points, and I really dislike people saying that I'm against RL and such when this is obviously not so.

I understand. As I said in another thread, irony of ironies is that I agree with your argument. I understand well that it's not the same as MJW's.

Skywalker, you are victim of a lobby using his free speech right for depriving other people to use their right to go to the Court. The democracy has not yet found a way to suppress intolerance. Education perhaps ?
