The Dominion of Guynemia is a tiny, safe nation, notable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5 million are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.
The enormous, corrupt, socially-minded government concentrates mainly on Social Welfare, although Education and Healthcare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 36%, but much higher for the wealthy. A tiny private sector is dominated by the Woodchip Exports industry.
Crime is well under control. Guynemia's national animal is the penguin, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the guybuck.
