City list Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

As shown in the CtP2 DG... we can't decide on a city list

I would like to suggest we take turns in naming cities.

i.e. Citizen 1 will name the Capital.
Citizen 2 names City 2.
Citizen 3 names City 3.

And so on and so forth until everyone has named 1 city. Then, Citizen 1 will name his 2nd city.

How does this sound?

Ouch, in that case it's a good thing I'm a mod here too. I've been able to make good use of the edit/delete option already... (No, I haven't abused it )

What exactly can/can't you do as a junior mod? Can you post announcements? Open/close threads? Move/copy them? Delete, merge or split them? Stick/unstick threads?

From what I've been able to gether thus far (I haven't used any of the options except close and top, although I've managed to access the others but not used them) I can:

Open/Close
Move/Copy Thread
Edit Thread
Merge Thread
Split Thread
Stick/Unstick Thread

I have no access to the Delete Thread/Posts option and no access to editing others posts.

Plus I can't see any announcement option... so unless I find that soon I'l assume I'll have no access.

Anyway, let's stick on topic guys...
