	Railroad Question Support Apolyton

Is there any way to create a bonus given to forests by railroads? Also, is there no way to allow a land unit to use roads built on coastal/sea/ocean squares?

Sorry for the directness of the questions, just wanted to save time; thanks!

Yes to your first question. Go into the editor, in the Terrain screen, and give your Forest a mining bonus.

No to your second question. Only sea units can travel in coastal squares. Or any water square for that matter.

One can mod water squares to have cities. Now, if one would abandon this, maybe useless city, doesn't the usual railroad/road stay under it? If so, couldn't one then, by using loads of settlers in ships, create a trans-oceanic railroad?

Gonna try this at home.

That's what I've been playing with, but units cannot enter created water "bridge" squares.
