	Resource graphics have unwanted borders Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

Hello,

I modified the Resources.Pcx by cutting and pasting new resources into it. The resources all work fine, but now ALL of them (even the old ones) have a border above them and another to the left in the game.

I was having a hard time cutting and pasting using IrfanView 3.75, and MSPaint couldn't read PCX files, so I saved it as a BMP in IrfanView, modified and saved it in paint, opened it again in IrfanView and saved as pcx.

I have done this before without any problems.

When I saw the borders, I opened the image back up in paint and deleted a 1 pixel line from the top and another from the left. That made it so much worse - now there was a border on the bottom and the right, and all of the images were for the wrong resource.

I reverted back to the previous file, so at least I have all of my resources, but the border is really distracting and ugly.

Any ideas / suggestions to remove the borders? Please help.

Other than changing the grid color, what did you do to fix it?

Nothing. I changed the grid color to the second transparent color in the table.

The best Thing you should do is using psp6.
psp6 can read pcx-files. And don't forgot the colors are 265.
