Now that I have the game, I would like to see about having a PBEM game. I would like to have 4 players. This will be an advanced strategy game, to help determine some tricks that we might encounter and maybe make a counter or two to them.
THe Civs will be:
Spanish - Aidun - aidun@lycos.nl
Chinese - E_T - e_t_1@mpinet.com
Arabia - Dejon - dejon@rogers.com
Ottomans - mrmitchell - mrmitchell1984@hotmail.com
Other Players:
Godking - Alternate/Sub - godking@prodigy.net
This will be on a small World, [EDIT] Raging Barbs, we just got them [/EDIT], Pangea, 70%, Normal Wetness, Normal Temerature, [EDIT] 4 Billion Years (that's what we seem to be playing) [EDIT]
Any other things we want to have for it? I would like to play the Chinese (as I have NO experiance with any other the other 3 at this time)
THis will be exclusely an inter-RP game. We want to figure some Strategic planning.
I also plan to create a other game, based on our map, when we have all of the other 3's maps. To run some simulation games on. But that will have to wait for Mapmaking.

I like playing the spanish and I'll do my best to be a tough opponent. However, I've never played against humans on my own. Are we going to play it just As we are playing the PBEM now? with secret alliances and other out-of-game-features? I prefer playing the game just inside civ3 ptw. One thing however, if I'm participating, the game will be very slow because I have but VERY little time due to my study and student union.

I'm back again and can play if needed. Either in Tamali's game or in other game if some more people want to test their skills

Guy's, something very strange is happening: After I installed the v1.14 patch for PTW, the game couldn't identify the PTW-CD in my Cdrom-drive. I reinstalled PTW: it worked, but something very strange is occuring: I get no production neither populationgrowth, which means that while you are now at the 1380 stage, im at the stage of 3900. I wonder what's going on, but this must be a bug.
I'm now going to de-install the v1.14 patch and uninstall and then install C3 PTW.
Please post any comments if you know what caused this bug and how we can solve the problem that I'm behind in tech, production, income and growth.
Perhaps we can replay th old turns, I still have all the original saves ET sent me from 4000 bc until 3800 bc
