Bananas not having sex in yearswon't bring about the end of civilization (hopefully). After all, if this plant can survive without sex for 130(!!!) years, theres hope for bananas, right?

Just gotta love the quote from the scientist: "130 years is a very long time to go without sex" Well, duh.
