Poor Exeter... first they get a spoon-bender as a chairman and now Darth Vader is their "honourary director"

Reading

He was the resident "psychic" (since he live a stones throw from Reading) when Reading were mid-table Division Two. The manager had a go at him for interfering in his play-off strategy, and since then Geller shipped off to Exeter.

Now Reading are in the top half of Division One

For the americans out there who may not follow the Grecians, they are at the foot of the Third Division table, which is the equivalent of being a really bad side in american baseball's Single A league. That would qualify to some as being considered minor league.

My home team Chester City had all kinds of trouble when an American bought them, he insisted they trained as American footballers .. ha ha ha .. they got relegated to (what you call the minor leagues), and the second he went .. we started winning again ..

thankfully Uri has stayed far away .. Exeter will be taking Chesters place next season anyway

Reminds of the story about when the Gary Linekar adverts (where he is stealing Walkers crisps) were first made. The American directors of Walkers were staunchly opposed to a national sports star promoting theft of their product. They didn't understand the humour of the situation.
