	Hypothetical Scenario: War gets out of hand, do you move? Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

If this war gets out of hand (which it could), would you move from where you live now and where would you move to? (country? city? mountains? etc)

Of course, it's not my country.

It's just that it would be damn hard to move anywhere where a million others wouldn't be going.

Instead of going throught the whole refugee thang, I'd just hide under my bed until the North Koreans went away.

Well since I am one of the people that can actually feel that this thread aims at them, I say it depends.

a nuke attack ( somehow ) in a different country: I am packing my bags to live on easter Island.

a conventional war, with an invasion into Israel: I am joining the army.

Its not the conventional military phase that concerns me but what may happen afterwards.

For example, the Russians managed a military success in Chechnya but are still paying the price with revenge/terrorist attacks.

I guess the problem is to determine when the line will be crossed right ? When is Israel going to be attacked with nukes ?

Well, if it gets really, really, really out of hand in that way you'd probably see a wave of bigotry descend on Europe and America that would be truely horrific. I think that in the end someone else would be doing the moving.

I estimate that, of U.S. cities, L.A. is probably the number three target after Washington DC and New York. So, depending on how "out of hand" things got, I might think about moving into Frozzy's spare room.

erm, If israel is going to be attacked with nukes, I don't think that I'll be making any decisions. I'll die an excruciating death from rad-poisoning.

But I don't think it's a "matter of time".

"a matter of time" is a weird concept. don't you know that analysts expect a tenfold decrease of human population in then next 100 years, most of it, in the developing world?

I can't foresee the war coming to a point where it would endanger people in the United States. Still, if I felt my life was threatened by remaining in the U.S., yes, I would leave. If I felt the government was becoming far too much of a totalitarian dictatorship, I'd be inclined to relocate as well. I'm not going to forsake my life and well-being for a silly notion that my possessions and location are somehow worth dying or suffering over.

Well-- since I already live in Canada where would I go ?? The only thing that would make any kind of sense is if I feared a terrorist attack in the city and went out into the country I guess. But my plan is to stay put whether there are conflicts involving Iraq, North Korea or Finland
