I support this idea on principle... but there's a practical matter: if there's suddenly a Uni in/near our territory, will Yang's troops come knocking? Are we prepared to deal with such an incursion? Or would the base we give be such that Yang wouldn't be in a position to hit us from it or near it?

Am I correct in thinking that the proposal is to give Zakh a newly formed base (ie one we haven't built yet)? Or is that still up for discussion?

I think it's important to make sure the base we give him isn't on the front that Yang will hit... UNRC doesn't sound like a bad idea, but I can see why giving him a pre-established (if small) base is undesirable.

Antioch is coastal, and with its 15 mineral production can produce a standard transport foil (27 mins) in two turns.
edit: I think there's a patch of fungus you have to go through to get to the open sea from Antioch, though.
