Its minus 22C here right now but it has been sunny in the daytime and there is very little snow

I prefer this to my old home in Newfoundland-- It rarely gets below minus 10C but they get snow and snow and snow-- 2 winters ago there was over 21 feet of snow IIRC ( the most ever recorded and a big reason why I moved)

Hmm ... it got to -18F air temp here last night ... -35F wind chill or so, I believe. Definitely weather to curl up in a quilt in front of the computer with a mug of hot cocoa.

It warmed up a bit today, but yesterday it was about -30 + windchill. Felt like -50. It's a real to joy to scrape the car off in.

Kelvin is heat measured by atomic motion, so 0K is absolute zero - the point when all atomic motion stops.

Dropping below that would be difficult without violating most known laws of phisics.

I left my coat at a party last night...so I had to go out and bear the 10 degree + windchill weather today at 9:00 in the morning with nothing but what I was wearing (long sleeve shirt with undershirt and jeans). 10 minute walk to class, 10 minute walk back.

I really hope I can swing by and pick it up before my next class. It's friggin freezing out.

It was about -5 F last night here, with 30 mph winds. They cancelled school today . The people here are wimps. Give 'em a few warm winters, then when we get a normal winter, people can't deal with it.

12.5'c this afternoon acording to my car, Its not fallen below -4'c this year, and the coldest its been in the last 5 years was -11'c one night. I'll be emmigrating to Canada in the next year or so, so I guess I'll need to get use to cold weather.

He had the beer-coat on instead I guess. So he couldn't really be freezing.
