Its minus 22C here right now but it has been sunny in the daytime and there is very little snow
I prefer this to my old home in Newfoundland-- It rarely gets below minus 10C but they get snow and snow and snow-- 2 winters ago there was over 21 feet of snow IIRC ( the most ever recorded and a big reason why I moved)

Kelvin is heat measured by atomic motion, so 0K is absolute zero - the point when all atomic motion stops.
Dropping below that would be difficult without violating most known laws of phisics.
