That's true to a large extent. Men are just responding to non-verbal cues mostly.

You are so right about women choosing.

For some reason in american society this isn't accepted. This is the reason why men are so often blamed for seducing women. Like women don't have any control over their actions!. Unless it is rape, the woman always does the choosing. She chooses who to sleep with. I do realize some women with low self esteem could possibly be talked into sex, but most women choose to sleep with a guy. For some reason it is not politically correct to say this.

Also I should mention that there is a girl at work interested in me. I had a thread on this. But I'm too scared to ask her out . I heard that women can file a sexual harrassment suit on you if you do this. I did ask a girl out at work before, but she turned me down . I really shouldn't take chances like that.
