I concur!

Several people here would have you believe online gaming is... well you have read them.

The reality is most of us do have time and some of us do finish games and or continue them.... If your not winning ceed and start a new one... It is ok besides you get more games in that way.

Beside online is soooooooo different if you have not played it and or made the time, sorry about your luck

I counted 24 people so far seems you are stuck in a solo game?

I have played three this weekend alone and finished them all YOU? Pbem is much slower than online and it has it's flavor. So does online see ya there....

Like Pbem you CAN make rules like highest pg wins turn 30 etc....

Do not let these control freaks dictate your fun, sheep follow and rely on someone feeding them... wolves hunt and dictate thier next meal....You a sheep or a wolf?

I was in a gmae, when I recieved a phone call one of my employees wife had died this afternoon, so I just wnet, forgot I was in a agme...more important than a game was attending to his heart ~sigh~

At any rate, I played several, and have a continued game with Warlord Tormann when he becomes available.

Yahoo is on now but we dont see eye to eye on my exclusions, not a problem with Trolldom, problem with Yahoo..

I play my way and have fun, find plenty of folks to play and well, thats what I love about this game, a multitude of setup options!

Ya I like the full gamut of the game also. I was with Yahoo earlier on and he said you called him a whinner because he asked you about why you set your game the way you did?

Odd I said to him Troll being a God fearing man would not assualt anyone for being a questioner?

Well he said: "Troll was quite upset that in fact I asked him why he excluded stealth and space etc... units."

I was floored I thought a game is a game and in fact to question someone about thier settings leads to the strategy behind thier reasons.

Yahoo agreed and was as he said: " very pollite" and let you do your "thing" as he said.

No I ask you Troll, knowing you as the peaceful, pleasant person you appear to be... Why would you assualt someone for asking for a little information?

I could be wrong so don't get me wrong but I found Yahoo to be quite pleasant and acceptable to any terms of the game....

Yes he asked questions and was quite learned, but that is what newbies do.

I may add he does know his stealth units

He tossed me a trick or two, for a newbie he was quite good. So I showed him a trick or two.

As allways pete, you seem to have all the answers

But the exact conversation was centered around him wanting to change all the settings I wanted, and well, me thinks you know as much as i do about the conversation ..but at any rate, my point was not in assaulting but this:

I have long since learned that if someone continues to "question" or "complain" or even being "Stealthey" themselves.chances are they will puss out once the game gets interesting..why Pete..as many games as you have played, i am sure even YOU have encountered this type?


For the record, I am a God fearing man, and that doesnt exclude me from detecting some cow dung when I am being fed it, no, I dont think Mr Yahoo was whom he said he was and yes he was whining, no he was not simply politely asking he was wanting a different game and yes I kicked him to lobby and yes told him no problems I bought my game and will play as I dictate, not him , not you, nor anyone else. Oh and since you found Yahoo to be so "Polite" and so "acceptable" to any terms of the game, YOU play him, maybe in a single player game?
