Vox has informed us that GS is researching Writing. We can trade with GS for writing if we can manage to get contact from Vox.

Vox is too far behind. And they whine too much about how they dont want to trade tier 2 tech for tier1s. Unfortunately, we cant trade anything to them cause they dont have prerequiste. There alternatives are ridiculous. They cant be our allies anymore, because they expect ridiculous amount of compensation to trade with them. Perhaps we can trade with them if they have some stuff from time to time, but I think we should replace role of Vox to GS.

Don't dump them yet. They need to provide us with Mysticism, which they agreed to give to us (in any case).

What do they mean by 'tier1' and 'tier2' techs? They should understand that IW needs more research than Mysticism!

IW for Myst is fair. After that, we should agree to nothing, but leave the discussion open. I agree with the naval base proposal, and I think that is our plan with the city site by the cattle up North, correct?

I agree....the way vox has started out, so concerned with GS, they will be too far behind to help us much. As far as the coastal city goes, would be nice. But lets not sacrifice anything regarding our defense/war planning/development to do it. Only do it when i make logical sense to put our next city on the coast and we can defend it.

Good idea, tell Vox of possible consequences if they do back out of the deal. Vox certainly will really there rep will be damaged if the do.
