there, now i've put custom graphics on everyone (except cedayon, who has no avatar ) just for fun. i hope they work though, i'm about to test them in the game now.

EDIT: the attachment's too big, so here's an example. archaic's faction

EDIT2: there was a problem with the archaic.txt file. it's fixed now, so if you've already downloaded the .zip, get it again, this time with the fixed .txt

i'd use it for the leader unless you specify otherwise, but i didn't make yours yet since you didn't pick a faction

Well I'd prefer it for the faction symbol. Perhaps you could use the face in the attached file to represent me. He is also used to represent Peter maniac Smith of the Anarchists in the Mars scenario, which should hopefully appear soon on civ.org.pl and CGN. I've mailed it to them and they told me they would put it on the side, but so far no luck.

As for my faction, I won't decide until I know what the game rules and mapsort will be.

Ah yes, those blue backgrounds... Very problematic indeed. I've had problems with those before, almost to the point of me giving up on faction file editing. I'm still not sure what causes it.

I think I'll give my own faction a try.

yup, look at your faction symbol in that council shot i gave myself the pirates and let cedayon have the regular morgan graphics. just thought it would be really confusing having 3 morgans.

i could change it to something else if you want. it'd be quite simple (angels just happened to be the first in alphabetical order)

Basically, you recieve your turn via email, load it, enter your password, play the turn, end it, and click 'save & exit' on the next player's password screen. Then zip the file and email it on to the next player.
