	Empty pages when visiting Apolyton sub-forums Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

Well, yesterday I hadn´t any problems here at Poly, but in the last few hours some things drive me mad:

When I try to access a sub-forum, I get only a white page with the "Today on Apolyton" head - the rest is empty. It works after several reloads. The problems appears in several sub forums and threads. I there anyone who faces the same? I´m not sure what the cause is

The good news is that I now get popups every time I reload, and every time I use my browser´s "back" button to return to from a thread to the forum overview (in all forums)...I´m not aroud here so often, but in the past weeks I thought the popup appears only once per session/day?

check this thread and say if your problem is similar. Markos has apparently changed the code for localised ads.

Thanks for the hint, I´m using IE 6.0 and the problem appeared indeed to be similar.

The crazy thing is that it works much better since I posted this thread, so I´m a bit confused now

	Suffering from ads?

The problem only occurs in your case when a localised German ad banner is loaded, so that means the adcode for identifying your location and then loading a localised ad for you, causes this problem. I don't have any details, but I assume Markos should look over the code again or contact the advertising firm. Maybe the best solution would be to simply remove this latest change as it used to work just fine.
