I haven't received new issues since last friday.
there are 2 on the table in "legislation pending" condition.
from settings I have choosed that twise a day option.

Have you tried moving your nation to a new region? I had the same problem and followed [violet]'s advice to move out and back in again. This fixed the problem for me.

You only get issues on weekdays - they skip the weekend as if Friday was 72 hours long, encompassing, Fri., Sat,. and Sun.

If you have a problem beyond that... I don't know.

You can go into your settings and change it to everyday including weekends if you want, a max of two a day.
