Would it be correct of me to assume that the game would be released near the 14th of February - near the same time as the Apolyton previews would be completed?

That is assuming both parties are coordinating. Infogrames isn't known for coordinating releases, even internally. I believe Chantz has said it is out of even his hands now. A Valentine's Day release would be showing us some love but I don't think my wife would appreciate it.

He also says that it is in IG marketings hands. That was what the design team was assuming, he doesn't know for sure either.

He never said it will be out Feb. 5th. He just stated that it would have been possible to reach that date. But it most likely will not be reached.

They were said some time ago by IG marketing that the game will be out latest by Feb 5th, but that was at the beginning of January.

So, there is no reason at all why it should be still valid given the multiple delays.

The game should be available soon...copying and distributing CDs is not very difficult, even a nobody with a CD burner in his basement can copy things at a good rate...let alone a multi-million dollar company doing it.

So it should be soon, but prolly won't be until about Late Feb to early April.

So what is it do you think it going to be out soon or late, Even though they can rush it I think it costs less if they go slow. C&C Generals seem to be taken there time as well.

Just check on i**n**s.com and when it is listed there you'll know it comes out in a week or so.

Not neccessarily. For example, Arcanum was there TWO MONTHS before it was sold. Interplay pushed it back to avoid two maior other games. Diablo2 and BG2 - Throne of Bhaal if I remember correctly.

Other games were only there after they were sold in stores.

Sometimes the release groups get a game early, sometimes not.
